Installation Instructions - FJ Sunvisors 2007 -

Basically it goes like this:

Unscrew existing grab handle
snip off little tabs on back of visor*
* Apparently on 2007 models there is no hole for the little tabs to go into so you have to snip or cut them off with a knife. 2008 models have a mounting hole so no need to snip them off.
Place visor behind grab handle and rescrew it into place.
